3WBC 94.1FM is a non-profit community organisation operated under licence by Whitehorse-Boroondara FM Community Radio Incorporated. We began full-time transmission in September 2001, after 10 years of test broadcasts and lobbying. We broadcast 24 hours 7 days a week to the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne including Box Hill, Mont Albert, Camberwell, Hawthorn and Kew.

STEREO 974, were previously situated at the Westend Market Complex North Sunshine, and had in fact been located there since 1990. They are "by the community, for the community" and operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week, providing what they believe is a high standard of broadcasting to an extremely diverse cultural and linguistic audience within their community.
