Radio Larrakia 94.5 FM is an Aboriginal Community Radio Station established and controlled by the Larrakia Aboriginal Traditional Owners of Darwin, Northern Territory Australia.In 1998 Radio Larrakia was established to give a voice to Larrakia to 'promote Larrakia culture and language to the Darwin and surrounding region through broadcast media. From 2006 Radio Larrakia commenced broadcasting in over twenty six Indigenous languages providing twenty fours hour a day of Indigenous community information, interviews, community services, music and programming. Radio Larrakia developed and implemented the Indigenous Broadcasting Training Program to provide training and full time employment opportunities for Indigenous people in the Darwin Northern Territory region.

Black Star is a network of Indigenous Community Radio Stations serving the Cape York and Gulf areas of Queensland. Coordinated through the Queensland Remote Aboriginal Media Association (QRAM) based in Cairns. You will hear a well produced selection of music styles, news,weather and Local Information. This is a modern approach to media in remote Queensland and it is of general appeal.

Noongar Radio 100.9fm is managed by Noongar Media Enterprises (NME), a subsidiary company of Peedac Pty Ltd, which is a not-for-profit Aboriginal community based organisation. NME is an organisation which provides Noongar people the opportunity to have their voices heard through radio broadcasts in the Perth metropolitan area. From its very visible studios at 207 Beaufort St in Perth, NME is committed to the broadcast of positive, informed, empowering programming which support and promote the achievements and aspirations of the Noongar community it serves.

Student Youth Network Inc., operating as SYN Media /sɪn/, is an Australian youth-run not-for-profit organisation providing media training and broadcasting opportunities for young people. Commonly referred to as SYN, the organisation produces new and independent media that is made by and for young people in Melbourne. Founded in 2000, today volunteers – all aged 12–25 years of age – produce a radio station broadcast on FM radio and DAB+ digital radio, as well as content for television, print and online. A 2006 McNair listener survey showed a similar age group, 15–24, as the largest age group listening to community radio in Australia.

3KND, Melbourne’s first Indigenous owned and managed AM radio station, hit the airwaves in June 2003. 3KND 1503AM Kool N Deadly is proudly Melbourne’s only Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Radio Station. We are an Independent and non for profit Indigenous Radio and Media Broadcasting Service. The 3KND Kool N Deadly Radio Station broadcasts media services on the airwaves 24 hours, 7 days a week in Melbourne.
