WRPI College Radio (Troy)

WPRB is a commercial, non-profit radio station located in scenic Princeton, New Jersey. Operated by the students of Princeton University, WPRB offers the widest selection of music on the radio today; from the heart of Classical music composition, through the spectrum and crossroads of Jazz and into the best in Alternative and Indie Rock. We even have the longest running folk show in the state. During the academic year, WPRB also offers live sports broadcasts. WPRB's broadcast range stretches from the outskirts of New York, NY through Philadelphia, PA and into Wilmington, DE which, combined with 14,000 watts of stereo power, makes us one of the world's strongest college radio stations. This is an advantage not only for our listeners, but also for advertisers who wish to take advantage of both our wide-ranging, eclectic audience and the 15,000 square miles of coverage.

KNTU is licensed to the University of North Texas and is on the air 24 hours, every day of the year, broadcasting with 100,000 watts at 88.1 FM. The station's format is primarily jazz, but also includes Tejano and classical music programming Saturday and Sunday mornings, respectively. KNTU also offers educational and special interest programs, including news, sports, locally produced information/issues programs, and features.

WCRX is the student-run radio station of Columbia College Chicago’s Radio Department dedicated to embodying professional, ethical and legal standards while promoting a learning and leadership experience for students. WCRX provides broadcasting services to the Columbia College campus and surrounding communities in Cook County. The WCRX format is Top 40, offering specialized programming, which includes sports, news/talk, rock, alternative, R&B, hip-hop, world, and Reggae. We are committed to our community by airing programming that is responsive to the interest and needs of our listeners. We carry a variety of public affairs programming, including the award-winning Edicion Seminaria from the Public Latino radio network Radio Bilingue and the locally produced program, “The Process.” Our public service initiatives like the WCRX Jobline and our annual “Holly Jolly Trolley” broadcast and food drive for charity has resulted in numerous station awards.

Beginning in 1970 as student-operated KERS at Sacramento State, the organization has seen many changes over the years. In 1979, KERS became KXPR, broadcasting classical music, jazz, news and public affairs programming to central valley residents at 23,000 watts. In the 1980's, KXPR built a new tower, increased their signal power to 40,000 watts, and was the #8 station out of 255 nation wide broadcasting 24 hours a day. In 1991, KXJZ signed on at 50,000 watts, broadcasting jazz, news, public affairs and locally-produced specialty programs. Also in the 1990's, the organization added KXSR in Groveland and KKTO in Tahoe City, and joined all of its stations under Capital Public Radio, Inc. Aft

WRVO Public Media is a non-profit, multi-platform news and information service for residents of central and northern New York state -- with a mission to provide for the special tastes, needs and interests of our listeners in central and northern New York. Our total service strives to enhance intellectual development, expand knowledge and deepen aesthetic enjoyment. Our award-winning news department covers central New York, the North Country, Southern Tier, Mohawk Valley and state politics out of Albany; additional coverage includes the Great Lakes and western New York. WRVO is an NPR affiliate member station with main offices in Oswego, NY at the State University of New York at Oswego. Satellite studios are located in downtown Syracuse, NY.
